Returns Policy

At Bicyclekart, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive an item that’s defective or was damaged during shipping, simply start the return process online within 7 days of delivery. Be sure the product is in its original, unused condition to qualify. Note that refunds may be denied if the item doesn’t meet our Return Policy criteria.

Return Pickup

After you request a return, we'll arrange a convenient pickup. Once your item arrives at our warehouse, it will go through a detailed inspection. If the return is approved, we’ll notify you by email, and your refund will be processed within 15 days. Should the return not meet our criteria, a member of our Customer Care team will reach out to assist you further.

Refunds

Refunds will be sent back to the original payment method within 15 days. However, the time it takes for the refund to show up in your account depends on your bank’s processing time, which we cannot control. For further details on this, please reach out to your bank.

Damaged Items

Exchange

If you receive an incorrect item, color, or variant, or if your order arrives damaged, please report the issue through Bicyclekart or reach out to our customer support within 7 days. For exchanges, we’ll arrange a return pickup, and once the returned item is confirmed, we’ll promptly send you the correct product. Please note, exchange requests made after the 7-day period won’t be accepted.
